A mixed orchard of perry pears – evocatively named varieties like Green Horse and Hendre Huffcap – were brought together with whole cone Simcoe hops from our friends at Brook House Hops, before the blend was bottle conditioned.
Super aromatic, a combo of white peach, passion fruit and pine, this one is zippy and sour, like a farmhouse gose beer infused with stone fruit and lemon zest and an invigoratingly bright sparkle. Serve very well chilled. Gluten free, vegan friendly and no added sulphites.
