Made with our own grown organic hops and barley & floor malted organic wheat malt, this is a beer that is normally keg only
and reserved for it's namesake pub, the Edwardstone White Horse. This house saison is brewed and left to age for a few months
in oak with a mix of our own yeast and a traditional farmhouse strain to create a dry, sparkling, funky but drinkable beer. All
ingredients are organic, but due to Covid, we were unable to get it officially certified in time of release
