How can I access the Wholesaler shop?Register with the form on the Home page, or on your account page by clicking "Register". We will review your application and will email with a response within a working day.

Delivery PolicyCiderincider offer two delivery options - for purchases under £30 the postage is £6.99 - purchases between £30 and £70 it costs £5 for per delivery - if your purchase is above £70 then delivery is free. Delivery times at Ciderincider are 24 hours dedicated liquid service from APC. We are currently garuanteeing shipping out on Monday, Thursday and Friday. We will endeavour to get boxes out on other days but can't promise. We do not ship/deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays, eg next day shipping booked on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday). All orders must be signed for and customers may be required to provide proof of age on receipt of orders. The order can only be delivered to the person whose name appears on the on the credit/debit card used when making the purchase. Deliveries cannot be made to public places.. If you are not there to take possession of your order, the driver may leave a card with the necessary information for you to arrange a more convenient delivery time or advise you where it can be collected from. Once your purchase has been delivered, according to your delivery instructions, it becomes the recipient's responsibility.

Returns PolicyShould your order arrive in an obviously damaged condition, or should it be already open, you must not accept the order and must return it to the courier. Please clearly write on the delivery box ‘Damaged in transit’. Should you receive the incorrect goods, or on opening you find them to be damaged, you must e-mail us at lee@ciderincider.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. Please also take a photo and attach it to your e-mail so we can see what the damage is. Failure to notify us within 48 hours will invalidate your claim. We will only accept returns for items broken in transit, spoiled or out of date goods. Before accepting a full return we will try to rectify the problem by issuing replacement items, or alternatively we may issue a partial refund for the items, which need replacing. All refunds will be made to the card used for the original purchase.
